  : Prime location as many site are a stones throw away. Also centered in the middle of the shopping area. Very roomy accommodations and will probably stay here again if returning to Athens.
  : They should have fixed the leak in the bathroom prior to renting the facility. Definitely check to make sure they fixed the shower. Other than that, it was a great apartment and no real surprises

  : Location was the only thing good about it.
  : Owner of the property is only interested in maximizing profits. Lack of heating as the first night the only option was to use the air conditioners which were malfunctioning. The tv did not have a signal, the coffee mugs were broken, as well as the filter coffee maker. There was no liquid soap or sponges to wash plates, etc. The apartment was not aired out and had a distinct smell of mold. After waking up cold, I attempted to reach the emergency numbers that were only valid after 10 am. The heat was turned on only after this complaint. Property owner did not provide a discount. These are basic offerings for a property and I highly do not recommend. Unfortunately this was an unprofessional approach from the owner. Beware that the bedroom windows are on the street therefore shades and windows cannot be opened unless you want passerbys coming in. All noises from the street came in loud and clear during the night.
