  : There are some major aspects of this bad note: -the apartment is in the basement, towards a garbage can and a parking lot, as you can see in the picture attached but this important detail is not mentioned by the host in the description. So, if you want to open the window for fresh air, you will see a garbage can in front of your eyes. -the check-in process is not easy because there is no reception or keys locker and there is no concern for the customers comfort related to this aspect. -you will have to pay in advance, so if you arrived and refused to stay there for objective reasons, you will lose your money, because the host does not make exceptions to the cancellation policy. -the host is very inflexible, and it is very difficult to discuss with her. I made a cancelation request after the check-in process and she came for the keys immediately and hurried me to vacate the apartment in the middle of the night, but only the next day she announced that she did not want to offer a refund, not even a partial one.
