  : Liked the location, price, and quietness.The location is perfect for visiting attractions. The price is affordable. And there is quietness at night, with plenty of cafes open nearby.There was also a friendly host, a very nice person.
  : I didn't like that the floor renovation is still not completed. There was also an old air conditioner and some mold in the bathroom. On the third day, to my surprise, I saw ants on the floor! But overall, it's fine to stay for 2-3-4 days. I also didn't like the smell in the apartment and in the hallway.

  : Excellent location and great experience with Smart Hub.
  : It was easy to get into the lockbox once I realized that the lockbox on the right of the doors was for my room, not the one on the left hand side. Adding this bit of information could make things easier for your next occupant. I have to say that the bed was not comfortable at all.

  : The location is excellent!
  : Poor and old decor, old fashioned and not redecorated, several things inside were out of order, floor in front of the kitchen was torn apart, instead of a bed there is a sofa inside the room.

  : I really enjoyed the position of the apartment, which is perfectly halfway between Syntagma, Royal Olimpic (the venue of the Conference I was attending) and the Acropolis. Perfectly easy to move around.
  : I would have rather been warned about some planks of the floor being missing (right in fronto of the kitchenette). I guess that the apartment had undergone some works recently and it could not be fixed in due time, and it was not a big problem, but still I would have appreciated a warning. There's a bit of noises from the street at night/early morning, which could be a nuisance to some.

  : SEE PREVIOUS COMMENTS REGARDING THE STATE OF THE FLOOR. Floorboards are missing and or damaged in entrance and kitchen. This needs to be addressed for health and safety! A very poor visual. Clearer instructions regarding the key access box would be VERY helpful.Studio needs curtains! especially as this is a street level apartment. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU INFORM YOUR GUESTS THAT YOU ARE ONLY PROVIDING A SOFA BED. This is not a bed!!ROOM NEEDS TO BE PROPERLY CLEANED.We found the TV remote under the sofa bed after a hunt.

  : The room was not cleaned when we got there. The air-condition was non functional. There was no TV remote. The flooring in the kitchen was damaged and covered with a towel. The window hinge was broken and could not be opened. The representative was non-responsive after initial contact, when we identified issues and the leaking water heater was repaired. Nothing was as it appeared in the photos online. We advised thst we were leaving after 3 nights .. and expect a refund for the 4 unused nights. There has been no response. Please de-list this property until it meets requirements.

  : There is NO BED in the room, even though it looks well-made bed on the photos, small very bad condition room, with no facilities at all. Very dirty bedding, missing remote control, no tv for 3 days. Even though i called 3 times prior my visit to verify that there is a BED and a SINGLE SOFA BED, there is NO BED, just an old very dirty smelly sofa, with dirty bedding. They mention 1 BEDROOM, 1 SINGLE BED and 1 SOFA. THERE IS NO BEDROOM AND THERE IS NO BED, just a SITTING ROOM with SOFA BED that is what you get. I called them to complain about the BED the BEDDING and to just bring me a REMOTE CONTROL for the TV, i found no willingness to help, or assist in anyway, Broken and dangerous floor missing tiles with needles on the floor. I could provide video and photos but for now i prefer to just live it up to here. Finally, i had to find another hotel, i paid extra to stay on a last min booking in another hotel, and i never used their premises to sleep, i will never book again, i have asked for a refund while they obviously refused. Also, you were asking me about how easy to find the key, is not being easy or hard, is about people passing by, watching trying to unlock a locker, looking like you are a thief trying to unlock something that doesn't belong to you, and people passing by watching you trying to unlock, while they could be there for 5 min to just hand the keys personally instead.
