  : Knowing nothing about Athens, the location seemed excellent. We were walking distance from the spots I wanted to visit. There is a full-sized fridge, something I usually don't find when travelling. We had a good breakfast at Zampano, on the opposite corner of the same block. We got in without a reservation but we saw people after us get turned away.
  : On our last morning, we found two ticks on our bed: one alive, one dead. Thankfully, neither were attached to us. I'm not sure where they came from; the room was clean and appeared to be pest-free, other than a mosquito or two that we probably let in. There is a patio upstairs that we could use but there were far too many mosquitos for us to be comfortable. The shower gets the bathroom floor wet but this is common in Greece. The squeegee on a stick helped minimise the mess. Guests may want to bring flipflops. We were shown how to turn on the water heater and then told they want it off the rest of the time. I suggest they charge a couple euros more per night and leave it on all of the time.

  : BEDBUGS!! We stayed here on the 2nd of september 2022 and found out at night (23:00) that the place was crawling with bedbugs. they were all over the wall around the bed, in the bed and in the pillowcases. I rang the owner to report this and he just said: oh, sorry, try to sleep at the hotel across the street.... No help at all from the owners even though they own 35(!!) apartments in Athens. We found another hotel ourselves and stayed there the rest of the days. We got our refund the next day and the owner promised he would get an expert in and keep the place closed for 4 days, but I have no way to check if this happened. So if you book here be sure to check thoroughly and ask the owners what they did to clean the apartment.

  : Very nice and spacious apartment. Clean. The kitchen has everything you need. The dining table is huge made of solid wood as for knights. Kids love it. Beds and pillows very comfortable. The shower water mentioned in the comments is easily wiped off with a jogger. Beautiful and unusual ambience outside. Mosquito nets have been installed and there are power cartridges against them if needed. Everything is close on foot. The bosses are friendly and easily accessible by phone and there is even an office across the street. It has a large terrace at the top of the house and is a real botanical garden.
  : The only thing that can be heard a little louder at night are passers-by and cars, because the accommodation is at street level. That's the only reason I didn't leave a grade of 10. But if you prepare for it, it doesn't matter. Great value for money.

  : The owner, Kostas, was absolutely lovely and welcoming. It was nice to see him around the neighbourhood and make conversation. The building is very cool on the outside, covered in street art. We were welcomed to the terrace which must be excellent in cooler weather. Excellent location to access the Psiri locality. There is no AC but the apartment stayed fairly cool in the heatwave.
  : Sleeping here was very uncomfortable and difficult. After 3 nights, we left with literally dozens of mosquito bites all over our bodies (I counted)!There are so, so SO many mosquitos. The mosquito nets on the windows and the plug thing did nothing to help this. There is a bright light across the narrow street which shines in through the window to the bed. These two factors made our sleep unpleasant though we wish we could give an higher rating. We discussed the mosquitos with Kostas and got the impression he would work on getting rid of them. As others have said, the position of the shower right by the bathroom door makes the floor very wet. An easy remedy would be to provide guests with a Squeegee to wipe up the water.
