  : Pros: cheap, good location, grocery store, kitchen, lockers, secure front door
  : Cons:1. It’s dirty. I was awake in my bed in the morning and I watched one of the staff leave the fitted sheet on that a previous guest just stayed in and just dust away some of the hair and debris without changing the sheet. Not clean or covid safe at all. The comforters are not washed between guests and they smell. The bathrooms always have body hair.2. Inappropriate touching from the owner to guests. He tried to hold my hand several times longer than a normal handshake. I talked to another female guest and she said the same thing. I get weird vibes from the whole place as well. Female travelers, I recommend to avoid unless you like this kind of attention3. Lol there’s two small bowls in the hostel kitchen. One day I found a big bowl and as I was eating out of it, the owner told me he needed it back because it belonged to the apartment upstairs. He paused as though he could take it right that second. I told him I would be done with it in 5 minutes. Awkward pause again and he said okay. I recommend providing more bowls so we don’t have to share between floors. Also, I ate out of a mixing bowl the 4 days I was there because the small blue ones are like for kids size.4. pictures are deceiving. Rooms are very cramped and small. I was in a 6 person female dorm and there was a refill any space to move. I don’t recommend if you are claustrophobic. I’m not, and this was still cramped for me

  : Atreus and his team are great, really welcoming and helpful. Not far from the centre and good facilities. Atreus was helpful when my plans changed last minute and I had to cut my time short
  : There was heavy dust around the top of the bunk bed and the provided holder for stuff on the bed wasn’t cleaned out…

  : The owner wanted me to stay in a room with 6 beds although my booking in a room have 4 bedBearkfast was horrible I left it Toilets is so small in size and it just 2 for men and one showerNo towels The room with no carpet or wood just ground Air conditioner has a burning smell so I had to switch off it

  : Location not that far from city center (if you are a walker). There's also a nice hill-forest-park nearby.Great price for a backpacker on a budget!The host and the staff are nice and friendly.January is probably off-season for Athens, so there weren't many guests. But the atmosphere overall was nice, chill, not stressful. And you can meet many interesting people there.I appreciate the curtains around the beds and reading lights (mine was broken tho), and some armchairs in the room. Helped to feel better even though it's a hostel.
